Description
This rounded, belly-shaped pot has a warm ochre-yellow satin glaze decorated with painted black flowers with yellow centres and slender stems, plus a small square brown plaque with a seal-style mark. It is raised on small feet, and the underside is left as natural cream clay with a drainage hole in the centre.
At 9.5cm wide and 8cm tall, it suits a single succulent, cactus or small houseplant on a windowsill, desk or shelf, and makes a cheerful gift pot. It has a handmade look, so painted details and glaze tones vary slightly from piece to piece.
